Return & Refund Policy

Ⅰ. You can return any products purchased from fencymusic.com that are in "Dead on Arrival" or "Arrival in Damage" conditions within 7 days after receiving the order. fencymusic.com reserves the right to test the returned products claimed as "Dead on Arrival" or "Arrival in Damage".

Ⅱ. Any returned product that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or in unsalable condition due to customer tampering will incur a higher return fee, depending on the product's condition. Returned products that are not cleared through customs in time, or refused upon delivery, will incur high shipping costs and related expenses, which the customer will bear. 

Ⅲ.  fencymusic.com does not accept returns for items delivered more than 7 days ago.

Ⅳ. During the period from the order creation to 7 days after goods delivery, for refunds due to personal reasons, the customer needs to pay: 15% of the order amount charged by payment method companies such as PayPal and KLARNA, and the freight, interception fee, and other related charges by the logistics company if required.

Ⅴ. Lost or stolen package: Customer should report to the corresponding courier company within 7 days and obtain a complaint number if a package is not received while the tracking system shows Delivered. Once the courier company confirms the package is lost or stolen,  fencymusic.com will ship you the same product at no charge or issue a refund, based on the courier's feedback. 

For refunds for any reason, the customer must pay 15% of the order amount charged by payment method providers such as PayPal or Klarna, plus any other applicable fees.
