Transportation Time:

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak periods such as BFCM and Christmas, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. After the product ships, it typically takes 5-21 business days to arrive, depending on your shipping method.

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.

The total time required to receive an order is the sum of processing time and shipping time.

Upon receipt of your order, we will conduct quality control checks and tests to ensure that the quality of the products is guaranteed prior to shipment.

Transportation cost:

Our transportation cost for orders valued below $49.99 is $4.95, and $90 for standard and expedited shipping, respectively. For orders equal or over the value of $200, the standard shipping cost is 0 and we'll ship it through China Post, which takes 14-21 business days to arrive. The price for expedited shipping is $90, and we will ship it through SF Express or FedEx, which takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

We don’t charge any taxes in the United States.

For other countries;

In most countries/regions, our customers do not incur import charges, customs duties, or value-added tax (VAT).
