The Upgrade
Where the MIC Mini Left Off, the VT Takes Over.
The MIC Mini is warm and balanced — but it can feel soft when you need note-by-note punch for solo playing, fingerpicking melodies, or American folk styles. The MIC-VT solves that by upgrading the back and sides from African Mahogany to denser Solid Indian Rosewood. Higher density means stronger string feedback, tighter low end, and more grain in each individual note — without sacrificing the compact, comfortable parlor body.

Same 38" body. Same Sitka Spruce top. The upgrade is entirely in the back and sides — and you hear it immediately.
Finish · 01
Closed-Pore Matte Nitrocellulose — 0.15mm Film
The Fivcil MIC Series took 3 years and over 200 experiments to perfect a nitrocellulose finish that actually improves the sound. At just 0.15mm film thickness, the lacquer barely touches the wood — dramatically reducing the inhibition of sound transmission through the spruce top. The result is a 38-inch parlor body with virtually no "boxiness," and a matte skin-touch surface that feels alive in your hands.

Redefining What a 38-Inch Guitar Can Do.
The 38-inch body has always been treated as a beginner or travel instrument — pigeonholed into country blues. By combining the ultra-thin nitro finish with improved internal bracing, the MIC-VT breaks that limitation. It handles pop singer-songwriting, melodic solo guitar, and American folk with the same ease as a full-size instrument, while remaining the most comfortable body to hold for long sessions.
Ergonomics · 03
The Body Size Your Shoulders Will Thank You For.
Compared to a 40" or 41" guitar, the 38" body lets your strumming shoulder stay relaxed and level during long playing sessions. Less tension means better tone and faster technique — a practical advantage that disappears the moment you put a bigger guitar in your lap.

Detail · 04
Gorgeous. But Not Flashy.
The MIC-VT carries the same understated elegance that defines the MIC series. Subtle floral fretboard inlays. An engraved ebony bridge. Matched Indian Rosewood headstock veneer. Details that reward the player who looks closely — not the audience from a distance.

A Complete Setup on Every Single Guitar.
Every MIC-VT goes through a three-step professional setup before it leaves our workshop. Most guitars at this price skip these steps entirely.
Step 01
Neck Relief Check
We dial in the truss rod relief before any fret work begins — a controlled dip at mid-neck that sets the foundation for accurate intonation and buzz-free low action.
Step 02
Fret Leveling
Every fret is sanded perfectly flat across the entire board. No high spots means no buzzing at low action — the reason we can set action this low without any rattles.
Step 03
Fret Recrowning
After leveling, each fret is individually recrowned to restore its original arc. This reduces the string-to-fret contact area — cleaner intonation, smoother playability, better feel under your fingers.

Lifetime Warranty
We fix it. Labour is always free.
Every Fivcil guitar comes with a lifetime warranty. Cracked top, broken headstock, loose brace — we repair it and only charge for replacement materials (frets, pins, tuners) when genuinely needed. Labour cost is always on us.
Note: Two-way shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
This capo is easy to use and easy to slide from fret to fret
This capo is easy to use and easy to slide from fret to fret. I have another sliding capo of a different design, which works, but the Fency capo is superior. The one drawback for me is on my 12 string guitar, it doesn’t quite get the octave E string all the way down. That’s not the fault of the capo. On my 6 string it’s great.
It's a bit strange in the first place but it does work quite well
It's a bit strange in the first place but it does work quite well.
Even on my Martin 000-18 Modern Deluxe which has an asymmetrical neck profile which is an issue with some capos.
I dislike the need of the little Allen wrench to modify the pressure.
Will be cumbersome if you use it on different guitars.
I would buy it again and recommend it.
I love that capo. It keeps what is promised and does it's job without any issues.
Nevertheless I think its not for everyday use, because it is very big. (It has to be, or it would not work). But whenever I will use a capo thta doesn't need to slide, I will use a smaller one. I can move my left hand more freely then. Anyway ... I will use it often .
The details are spot on. The wood finish and real pickguard make it feel more like a guitar than a phone case. The nitro-style lacquer gives it that vintage vibe, which pairs perfectly with my ’57. Subtle, well-made, and definitely something fellow guitarists notice.

The Fivcil Team and this unit are amazing!
The unit is amazing. Exactly what I wanted, but that’s not the main thing… Fivcil was an absolute delight to deal with, and even though it came straight from China, I did receive it way before the people who ordered it through other sites and/or services. Thanks guys, and highly recommend.

My new favorite capo
Not here to tell you about me, but to be precise as to why I'm very fond of the Jstaff capo.
I play guitar mostly while singing. My professional show requires that I have a large repertoire (around 700 songs) that I can play on demand. And for a significant number of these songs, the transposition in the middle, sometimes more than once, was a problem.
Not anymore.
I purchased a Jstaff capo some three months ago, and have already used it in all my gigs. Yes, instantly adopted.
stable (once correctly adjusted), smooth, reliable. And since I use a carbon-fiber guitar, it even fits the sci-fi look !
Happy to support a brand for such great piece of ingeneering.

The Only Capo That I Will Use For Now
One of the best Capo I've ever used for my acoustics.
It is really as it is advertised, the changing position of capo is so smooth and it doesn't damage the finish of the guitar neck at all. Using both Satin and Gloss necks.
Build quality is superb, feels really premium when holding it. Doesn't feel cheap at all. The design is intricate and really innovative. At first I thought it was a little expensive, but seeing the thing and trying it, I honestly think it's money well spent.
Might get another one if I have extra budget for musical accessories next time.
For customers in Singapore, just to let you know that the item was shipped on Thursday for me and it arrived next Tuesday, which is only 4 working days of shipping time from China to Singapore which is really super quick.
Contact with support staff was really quick, they usually reply in less than a day and they are really responsive with my questions.

Best new thing for guitar players in a long time
I love this thing! Bring able to maintain open voicings for songs that modulate just became easier than it's ever been! Thank you!
